Once the apartment has been chosen and its availability confirmed, we are going to send you a booking form that must be fully completed by the customer. In the booking form you will find the means of payment and the deposit amount to make the reservation of the apartment.

The reservation is the 30% of the total amount of the rent. The means of payment are the following:

     • Bank Deposit (the customer is responsible for the transfer charges)
     • Western Union (the customer is responsible for the transfer charges)

You will find the complete information about these means of payment in the booking form sent by us when you make the reservation.

The remaining amount must be paid at the check-in in cash (dollars or euros). The amount of the rent includes gas, water and electricity. Along with the contract payment, the customer will have to pay the security deposit that will be specified in the booking form already completed and accepted by the customer. The security deposit shall be reimbursed at the check-out prior to BairesHome´s verification of the apartment good conditions.

Check-in and check-out is free during working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, except holidays. Out of these hours, every check- in or check- out will have a u$s 20 fee.

If the customer needs to cancel or change the reservation dates already confirmed and reserved, the amount of the rent won’t be refundable, it is considered as the owner’s compensation for the contract breach.
